Policies, and procedures are not in full that can cause a little chaos, and at times working with others, or being over stimulated can suck, but nothing terrible.

There’s a lot of trust here. You’re given room to do your job, share ideas, and take ownership without being micromanaged. Leadership is approachable and present, especially during times of change, and there’s a real openness to feedback and getting better together. The pace can be busy, but people care about the work and about each other, which makes it a supportive place to grow and feel proud of what you do.

The pace is fast, and priorities can shift as the organization grows. That can take some getting used to if you prefer a slower or more predictable environment. Communication is strong and leaders are approachable, which makes it easier to stay aligned, ask questions, and adapt as we continue to grow.
