They will fire you without reason, moreover they throw a code of conduct notice by phone call and that's all... you need to sacrifice your rest of the months salary, you will not get any documents like payslips, reliving. Also tax paying is uncertain, though they deduct TDS in last months it will not be paid to income tax department. Be careful to join this dangerous company.
