Decent work environment but don't get comfortable.

Minpunten

They are constantly going through re-orgs resulting in multiple layoffs especially in the branch management ranks. Just when you think you are safe, yours or a support position is cut leaving you out or having to deal with doing impossibly more than anyone can reasonably handle

Teammates work together and most management at VP level and below care for their teams.

Minpunten

Lack of communication and accountability at executive leadership level, benefits are expensive, doesn't promote from within, do not pay commissions on time and sometimes not at all. OTE is unachievable
