Policies: The main issue with the company is the sudden changes in the policies. The management will decide which new policy should be implemented and no announcements are made to the employees. So many times the underpaid employees had to fight for their basic rights and salaries because the HR and management "forget" to announce it to the employees. Work life balance: If you will join, kindly forget you have any personal life. The working hours are from 10:30 to 7 but each Recruiter have the work load of 3 people that no one leaves on time. When discussed about OT and leniency in morning incoming times we usually get the reply "but we did not ask you to work overtime. Complete your work on time and you will have not have to stay after work". There is no OT for working on Sundays or for working out of state during campaigns.
