Actual job is not difficult. A few very genuine warm people. Good health benefits.

Minpunten

Micromanage employees. Double standards within management clique and favored employees. Lack of training. Rules change without notice. Lack of communication between management and employees Old equipment with small computer screens. Employees there for years staying at the same level while new employees rate at one to two levels higher.

Decent work environment, managment at least makes an effort to appear as though they care about the employees.

Minpunten

Many of the team managers simply don't care. No real opportunity for promotions or advancement.

Casual dress, secure work area, close parking, acceptance of the LGBT community.

Minpunten

Double standards: Reimbursement Counselors, (Customer Service Agents), log in/out of the phone for everything, and if you're late or miss logging in you're penalized or written up. Supervisors come and go as they please, and most don't have the education or technical skills to read the reports they run on others. - Supervisors/Managers: no proven track record, the IT guy is new every year. Employee turnover: We've lost about 20 good people since January out of a total of about 130 for this year alone. Equipment: We have old and slow computers that are still on Windows XP from more than 5 years ago. The IT guy is replacing and reloading them all the time and he doesn't have any help.
