      Pluspunten

      As it is a services company, an engineer gets exposure to different clients and thereby various technologies. A good place to start for a fresher but no scope for senior folks

      Minpunten

      Company’s so called management team is ineffectual as the sole decision maker is the CEO. There are no highly experienced or senior persons for professional guidance or imparting knowledge. Switching from this company is a big hurdle. Resignation will be taken personally by the CEO and will be treated with contempt thereafter. Exit processes are made difficult by delaying or not giving relieving letter / experience letter. There are instances where the CEO has surprised employees by axing them for reasons that are purely his assumptions. One of the employees was axed when he was on sick leave. Few employees have eloped the company at the inception of their career due to its culture and environment. Highly micromanaged.

      Pluspunten

      Broad variety of clients and hence opportunity to work on different kind of projects and technologies. Very friendly atmosphere. Emphasis on work-life balance and personal goals in career. CEO has a promising roadmap for the company.

      Minpunten

      Infrastructure and facilities are minimal, as could be expected by a startup. Pay structure is industry standard, but could be a little better.

      Pluspunten

      Exposure to bigger companies. The company receives contracts for really good verification projects from large companies, making it a good opportunity to start your career. Provides good learning & resource support to newly higher ed employees. Even in it's nascent stage the company does have the potential and drive to make it big.

      Minpunten

      Minimum opportunities outside the UVM/SV domain. Management can sometimes be tricky to deal with.
