accomodating attitude to work life balance. Compensation is not bad but health insurance is bad small office environment leads to entrepreneurial feeling overall morale is generally good, there's a ot of hard working people there putting in some serioussly hard work software they produce is easy to sell and best in class software puts acorn ahead of competitors and makes it worthwhile being in the company

Minpunten

sometimes the top forgets to keep the bottom informed and compensated. but then there s also somedead wood sometimes the hours are long not a huge amount of out of work get together type attitude from manageent or general staff

The team. It's close-knit, very communicative, and everyone here does their best to work their hardest. You couldn't ask for a team more sincerely devoted to their product than the people here.

Minpunten

Because it is a small company, you don't get a lot of the big company perks. Upgrades to software are slow in coming, and its hard to get funding for the training to support your role.

Some people have no drive, won't learn anything new.
