Minpunten

Durante i mesi del mio internship, il coinvolgimento degli intern nell'attivitá di ricerca é stato molto limitato, a contrario di quanto era stato prospettato durante la fase di selezione. L'esperienza si é invece incentrata su attivitá amministrative, di ricerca del personale e di marketing per il think tank. Inoltre, l'internship non era retribuito.

It is still something to put on your CV.

Minpunten

Disorganized structure. Interns end up doing almost exclusively everyday administrative tasks, which are not meaningful in terms of research experience. Poor communication and working environment.
