Re-evaluating Customer Success leadership and investing in a healthier management approach would likely benefit not only the team but the broader organization.

Minpunten

There has been some new leadership in the org and unfortunately, they don't seem to have any sort of onboarding or coaching. As a result, there's a lower morale on the team because their new leaders seem extremely stressed out and pass that along to the direct reports. Its unfortunate that it began to turn a little micromanage-y in the last few months I was there. I hope that this is a temporary situation due to how many changes the CS team is undergoing.
