Pluspunten
Overall my experience working at ACTIVE was a positive one. Great people, a fun working environment, good work/life balance and a genuine opportunity to quickly develop skills on the job. I felt, for the most part, that management had my back and were very supportive, even when I eventually decided to look elsewhere. From a social perspective, it was awesome! Many of the team organise group runs and there’s always someone around for a drink after work. Generally, a great professional experience which has ultimately led me to my current role.
Minpunten
I was a little frustrated by business decisions made at a higher level which our office didn’t seem to have any influence over. Having said that, I believe this to be the case at most international companies with 2000+ employees.
