Everyone is generally nice and friendly. Some very smart and professional people. The agency is trying everything they can to turn digital - a precious effort in the Asian agency business.

Base salary is not competitive at all. Horrible work life balance for many people. Some lazy and dumb managers. Very stict with vacations or personal days off.
