The coworkers on my immediate team were nice.

Minpunten

There was no effort to integrate me into the workplace and then I was expected to perform without being given specific KPIs. They laid off multiple team members with 3 days notice.

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
