I came to Addison Group 4 yrs. ago with experience in creating, developing and growing HR departments for companies of various sizes. During the past 4 yrs. Addison has provided me with the opportunity to not only utilize my knowledge that I've obtained while working in HR for 20 yrs., but I have been able to continue to learn and develop my knowledge and skills to the next level. I have been able to work with the best of the best in the staffing and consulting industry. I've been able to watch my HR team grow not only in headcount, but in their knowledge and professionalism. Addison Group has allowed me to invest in my team, promote from within and bring in some new amazing talent. Addison Group provides you with the opportunity to create your path to success and the buy in on your success comes from the top.

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
