I am so happy when one of the Coders/Auditor's excel in their position and are able to be hired by the client we represent on a permanent basis. This shows the dedication of the Addison Team to ensure our candidates have all the resources they need to succeed.       The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
