      I really can't say enough positive things about the culture. I believe AG is on the leading edge when it comes to DEI. I'm loving flexibility they provide and there are many opportunities for growth if you take the initiative.

      For my role, I don't have any cons that I can think of.

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
