1. Disorganized : Internal departments don't communicate with each other due to massive amount of ego's which ultimately leads towards hurting the student population. 2. Leadership: Majorly under qualified for their positions (expect for the current president of the university). Majority managers have an education degree and clearly don't know how to manage their staff that leads everyone quiting. If you involve HR they look the other way. 3. Unprofessional Behavior: Older staff are agist towards the younger staff because of their own insecurities about learning the proper skills to make the job more efficient. 4. Management: Hypocrites! Rules are for one individual and it doesn't apply to others even in the same position.
