Thanks to the quarantine, I've finally had the time to post this. Firstly, this was the 3rd company in 12 years of my professional life and never before, I've had such a bad experience. And hence I can assure you that this review is not coming out of any personal vendetta or grudge. Reviewing a company for the sake of future employees is just something that Glassdoor stands for, and I wish to maintain it's integrity as I always have. Now coming to the point, It's an extremely unprofessional company with utmost disregard for their employees' satisfaction and self respect. The top management struggles half the time between their personal prejudice against a subordinate and a cordial professional behaviour towards them, at which they fail gravely. The CEO's actions are often guided by his over-inflated ego rather than his own business acumen, which he possesses but fails to use, sadly. The overall environment in the office is of extreme negativity, owing largely to the top management who consider every employee way below them, a typical startup attitude, where one starts feeling majestic just by creating an empire but starts ignoring their own public while doing so. One of the biggest cons with the company is that it lacks a spine when it comes to dealing with the clients, because of which, they accept unrealistic targets, leading to even more unrealistic deadlines ultimately leading to the demise of their own employees' work life balance. I don't remember a day when I left the office on time, (of course, without the top management making me feel guilty about it later) In my short tenure, I saw countless disgruntled and dissatisfied employees leaving the company and the ones who didn't, were always looking out. Cutting it short, (Lol I'm surprised I've wasted so many words on this already), if you're looking for a satisfying career with a worklife balance and decent growth opporunities in the future, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN this company.
