Lots of work sometimes, can get backed up with tests without notice, some customers have strict deadlines and push management to get results, then management pushes chemists to get results to satisfy customer.. Not too much room for moving up but good step if finding placement in other companies.

Good learning opportunity, work life balance is good

More work and growth opportunities are less.
