Pluspunten
The work life balance at Advanced Memory Research Institute is good and the work hours are 8:30 -4:30. A nominal bonus is given at the end of the year and company holiday party (if you like that sort of thing). The research subjects are very nice
Minpunten
There is a lot of favoritism. Some employees treated much better than others (paid days off at holiday time when they did not have any personal time left). The majority of the employees are female but there is a pervasive gender bias as male employees are paid more and taken more seriously. On a different note the health benefits are not good (very high copays and deductible). The end of the year bonus is also biased.
