I wanted to give it time before i reviewed this company. I started my tenure here in January. I come from a social services background so I wanted to transition to a career that would not only provide financial stability but also gave me a sense higher sense of purpose. Some of you may be asking how a mold remediation company can provide an individual with a higher sense of purpose. The clientele AMD services are mostly medical facilities,dialysis centers, and other clients that provide essential services to people with compromised immune systems. These guys get it. The level of detail, planning, and genuine understanding of not only our clients needs but the impact we have on the individuals our clients service is unlike anything I've ever seen. It truly is a family environment across the board. Like any family you have your issues but here personal accountability and being able to accept criticism are essential to this job. We all make mistakes I've made a few in my short tenure here already but admitting your mistakes and learning from not only your mistakes but the mistakes of others are what has separated those who are still here from those who aren't. Overall great place to grow both professionally and personally.

Ownership is demanding but I personally believe you should always be your hardest critic anyway if you do not possess the mental toughness to take criticism this is certainly not the job for you.
Techs can work long hours. Between travel time, demo, building containments, remediation, & in certain circumstances rebuild, it is not unusual during a busy week for a tech to work 50+ hour week if you are a person that gets home sick easily, requires coddling or daily words of affirmation also not the job for you.
Administrative and technician communication can sometimes be difficult. Being in the office schedule changes to jobs can change in an instant. Sometimes as a tech you may only have a few days notice that they are being called upon for a job. It can be frustrating understand that administrative staff are working hard to bridge that communication gap.
