Ill-appointed management breeds gossip and supports unprofessional behavior. Lack of transparency yields unrest with random layoffs by short-sighted owners who make poor business decisions and have no clear company direction. Echoing other reviews, a work/life balance is nonexistent where long days and weekends are required but go unrewarded and unreturned.
