New faces appear weekly, and constant onboarding disrupts workflow and morale. Unsafe working conditions: Daily exposure to fumes, pollution, and fire hazards without adequate safety measures. Poor facilities: Restrooms and locker rooms are unsanitary and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and neglect. Lack of proper tools: Employees are expected to use makeshift tools (like sticks) instead of appropriate equipment, compromising safety and efficiency. Forced return to work after injury: Injured employees are pressured to return quickly, often after seeing company-selected doctors, prioritizing productivity over well-being. Unfair compensation: Wages are far below industry standards, making it difficult to support families. Exploitative hiring: Many employees are vulnerable immigrants who may fear speaking out.
