Independence, no micromanagement, good folks...okay benefits mostly. There are enough different things to do that it does not get boring very fast, and it gives people a challenge if you like that sort of thing. Some pretty amazing folks.
Minpunten
-Almost no direction from management. -Very low pay even for WV. I started there at the equivalent of 20/hr. after several years and no raise, I had to beg to get one that was about 80 cents. At the time I had more than 18 years exp, and 4+ years of education. -Bonuses are super difficult to get. -The benefits could be better. -NO guarantee of getting saved vacation days paid out when departing company. -After speaking with several former employees, and current employees while I was there I discovered a pretty big difference in pay structure practices between people, even if they had the same exact job title and similar exp.
