CEO is very smart and active and down to earth as well. - On the tech side, need to have strong technical architects who can bring more ideas and new technologies. - there is no formal appreciation process like awards and certificates - no work from home allowed / very rarely allowed - Focus is only on revenue growth, any efficiency improvement / cost saving efforts go mostly un-noticed. - Work desks are small - competition in the industry is really tough and for smaller companies it demands more innovation and investment which is on the lower side here.
