There's not stability. They usually make people and whole teams quit after warning them for no reason. They used to be called SBR NetMarketing. They don't have the best reputation in the market. They told employees in the past to write good reviews in Glassdoor because of their bad ratings.

- No HR - Management can be arrogant and clearly does not care about the well being of employees - No growth opportunities - Constant changes (mass firings and reorganizations, people quit and never get replaced) that make the environment feel tense, as everybody is made to feel as if there’s no job security at all - Nearly fully in-office job, for jobs that require absolutely no in-person interaction
