      Pay and benefits are decent for the work that is required.

      Minpunten

      Not a lot of support for those wanting to further their career. Employer is a small business and a sub for a larger government contractor this tightens restrictions on what work can be done and Prime contractor management is terrible.

      -Sub-contractor -Too many layers of redundant paperwork -Too many tracking systems and confusing clock in process. - Change to the contact happen and some jobs can shift to other contracts. You may have to take a different position to stay employed
