We’ve made intentional investments in leadership, team structure, and the overall employee experience, so it’s encouraging to hear that those changes are making a positive impact. At the same time, we recognize that evolving an organization takes time, and there is still work to do to ensure consistency across teams and a fully aligned experience for everyone.
