I have to write pro's. The biggest pro was the day ending. This might be normal for office jobs, but this was my first and last, and it was horrific.

Minpunten

Team Leader was horrible, and felt they had it out for me since the start. I interview was conducted by 2 different Team Leaders and I expressed at that point I wanted to be on their teams - they seemed like fair people unlike the one I ended up with. I reported their behaviour to HR who quickly shoved it under, and made up some lines about what I could do to avoid it etc.

Ageas is a fantastic place to work. The workload is more than manageable and you are given the freedom to manage it as works best for you and the customer. Management genuinely care about employees and pay is fair for the work. You are given the tools you need to do the job and the company is proactive in its approach to CPD/training. One of the few places where the values are lived rather than just words on a mast head.
