Bullying, arrogance, abuse, gossiping, unfair treatment happen on daily bases and HR do nothing about it. - Unnecassary very stresful working place due to chaotic environment, no long term goals, constantly changing priorities, poor organization and unrealistic timelines, - Poor home - work balance, - You are expected to work very hard (also after work hours), but don't think that your effort will be recognized... unless you have some special relationship with your supervisor. - Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism, - Extremely poor C-level management. They are unable to translate ideas into practice. - High people turnover
