The place really does appear to be the CEO's personal playground. Senior management creates little cliques for the people they like and totally alienate the people they don't.
There is zero culture here. you are expected to work late, and if you are ever allowed to take PTO, you are expected to work remotely, even when on maternity leave.
Very 'hire & fire' culture. The turnover rate is very high.
CEO seems to shoot from the hip and make rash decisions (opened a UK office, closed it within a year)
The product is difficult to implement, and a lot of clients leave within 12 months due to the very poor experience
