Good onsite opportunities at the earliest. Good company to start as a fresher and build your career. Salary on time. Decent appraisal. Good exposure to work in different technologies. If any one wants to join just focus on work rather than what the third person/mediators who convey about the concept of bucketing.. only the work, skillset and commitment matters.

Leave policies, WFH should be common for all employees "juniors"and "seniors". Bangaloreans will not be given much facilities like WFH and leaves even if it’s available in their leave balance asking for it is a sin. Managers should be worried about employees health situation and later worry about the leave balance, LOP can be conveyed in a better way once employee health is stabilized and back to office.. But the trust factor is missing even if they r seeing their employees from a long run.. Mid level seniors/leads do not show case the actual work done by the team members. Politics among internal team members who doesn't tolerate each others growth. Non technical leads with few other colleagues are always involved in gossip and politics they are always busy in Pizza party and too many breaks and will be waiting for an opportunity to put the blame on whom they dislike the most.
