You will get stuck on a certain customer program with a carrot dangled in front of you that if you just keep doing trainings and keep advocating for yourself, you wil get to move onto other work. You will likely not get to move onto other work and all of your hopes, dreams, and aspirations will die. Hope withers at this job.
