CEO has no business sense. CEO was originally one of 2 partners, but that person exited the partnership out of frustration. Since that, which was years ago, Agility was fired from numerous oil/gas clients and most telecom clients cancelled their contract or refused to enter into one with agility. After years of financial struggle and butting heads with the CEO, the head of people quit, HR manager quit, COO quit, all directors quit, level 1 managers laid off or quit, senior consultants quit. The website appears to now have a bunch of interns plus the CEO and one guy who is very smart but is a yes-man. The CEO will rid of you if you aren't his personal yes-man. I sat in so many monday meetings listening to how they are out of external financing, how they are -$250k per QUARTER behind target, how we might not get to take our christmas PTO, etc. Their only client has put a restriction on meetings with the CEO because he can't stand the nonsensical rambling and sheer narcissism, i was present for this. After feeing like invoicing was on the verge of becoming fraudulent, i quit too. Just don't work here.
