There is no ego regardless of position so it's not that you feel comfortable going to anyone with questions or concerns. You'll never feel like you're being shut down or ignored.

I think the only con would be the fact that the timezones don't always match up well so it takes some time to get responses from people, but you learn to get use to things and it slows you down a bit to think more which would be a positive
