Minpunten
Almost all authority is in the CEOs (2 of them) with the senior leadership team having to constantly defer back to them for guidance on everything. There are no clear goals and no clear strategy. Because of this, there is no ability to question or guide direction. You do as you’re told. I was also recruited with stories that the company wanted to phase out renter fees - a very divisive topic internally. At no point have they ever considered or explored removing renter fees. The vision they talk about (improving real estate for everyone, including renters) is simply untrue. They have never attempted to improve things for renters, and one of the CEOs actively suppressed attempts to get more renter feedback and to make fees more transparent to renters to help them make the right choice for themselves. Morally corrupt and incompetent leadership. I spent my whole time working here embarrassed to tell people where I worked. I feel naive for thinking real estate technology cared about anything other than profit.
