Toxic environment - werkgeversreview Marketing Assistant bij Air Partner

I don’t want to sound like a disgruntled ex employee because I’m not, I have found myself my dream job and realise how much the grass is ALOT greener somewhere else. I don’t want future employees to be blind going into this place. Air partner is toxic, a hierarchal injustice where the lower grades run the show on poor salaries and long hours! The environment in the office is appalling , negative and rude managers and don’t even think about raising any issues you have with HR because they just laugh in your face and spread rumours! Since leaving I’ve heard it’s got even worse, with putting targets on the walls and aggressive conversations about meeting those targets. Avoid!!
