Where do I start, management haven't a clue - it's like they just watched a few youtube tutorials on selling and thought wow this must work. No structure to how you work but its expected to be done with zero guidance, they just randomly blurt out random statements like power hour and expect you to get to 30 dials made which is near on impossible. Only two employees are allowed to take a smoke break at once, is this school or a workplace? There is zero hybrid work allowed, it's 2026 give people a work/life balance. The commission structure is a flat rate unless you can hit a completely unobtainable target. The data they have in their CRM is so outdated so probably 90% of it is incorrect. They only ever want you making calls, once again it's 2026 adapt to new call screening, if people don't want to answer calls advise employees to email or use linkedin. They delegate power to people who have zero people or management skills. The office equipment is so bad, it's all different computers and monitors. All staff are on a different base salary for some reason for doing the same job which is strange considering everyone has been there about 4 months. They do not like second opinions on anything so do not ever give them. Not sure if there is even a data team
