1. Too many newcomer that joined in with E2 or Senior title and above, despite the title, all these people never really contributing their knowledges to the company. On the other hand, they put burdens to those people that stay back with more experiences. 2. Little to no official training - most of the time are on-job training. 3. Team structure is bad - people with more experiences gets to put together in the same title with people who just joined, lead to uncontrollable situation. 4. Quality - some bad candidates get passed their probation while making tons of error for their basics. 5. Working cultures are not monitor well - people can cheat the OT system by contributing nothing. 6. Company is growing but peoples are shrinking. 7. Too many old/manual/traditions methods to keep stuff moving on. 8. Too little management skillset were implement along the career path. 9. Working environment can be less fun or to death (depend on department). 10. No clear goals / no career opportunity / no direction.
