It’s one of the reasons I joined as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in the latter part of 2020. We’ve recently completed a global assessment of our Diversity and Inclusion practices to get a baseline understanding of our maturity landscape to help us prioritize our focus areas. We’ve also launched diversity metrics/KPIs for the ELT, held our first Global ERG Summit in February, and I’m in the process of adding three additional D and I resources to my team.
