Workers are made to feel isolated and disrespected. There are also areas where employees are inadequately trained, and little recognition is given to those who strive and excel in their performance. This leads to demotivation and disappointment. Furthermore, there is a noticeable lack of managerial expertise when it comes to making decisions that directly impact the employees.
