Pluspunten

Alias provides a ton of autonomy across all levels of the org. I am encouraged to see innovation and new ideas come from any department at any level. People who are innovative, flexible, and self starters thrive here. I have been able to help out with many projects outside of my job description which has been fun to see other parts of the business. Very determined sales organization, client obsessed, and constantly trying to improve and do better.

Minpunten

Hours can be long sometimes. We are a younger company so still need some SOPs and standardization. Very common for a startup and feels like we are making the right moves here. Some are in office, some are remote. Depends what flavor you like there.

Supportive and collaborative team culture. Flexible work environment. Leadership is approachable and receptive to employee feedback. Good communication and transparency from management. Employees are trusted with autonomy and ownership over their work. Employees are rewarded for their hard work.

Minpunten

Workloads and deadlines can occasionally require employees to work beyond normal business hours, While the work is rewarding, maintaining work-life balance can be challenging during busy periods.

- Great culture. Leaders are thoughtful and empathetic. - Tech-forward company, completely different from old-school due diligence companies. -Good package of basic benefits and compensation. -Great flexibility - fully remote.

Minpunten

-It can get busy sometimes with the number of reports. However, much more manageable than at other big due diligence firms so far. -No option to go into an office or co-working space on days you can't work from home and no in-person team-building events (for the whole company at least). - Fewer wellness benefits/perks than in bigger companies.
