1. AlixPartners-y-ness: Culturally, either you will fit here or you won't -- there is little middle ground 2. The interview process is difficult, especially with the psychometric tests that are administered (this isn't necessarily a purely negative thing but does make recruitment hard) 3. Firm growth has accelerated over the past year with AlixPartners' acquisition by CVC... too much too soon may be bad for the culture 4. Poor knowledge management... although it is getting better
