Heavy volume of claims, working 50-60 hrs a week is the norm. Then depending on who you are, you can get made to feel you are not doing a good job because you are working so many hours. No help from management on how to improve, just constant criticism on what they feel you are doing wrong. Very high employee turn over, some people quitting within a few weeks of being hired after seeing the light. Constantly having to do work left undone by people who have left only to get reprimanded for not doing your own work.
