Pluspunten
Some of the counselors and campers were great, nice tents, the surrounding area is beautiful, honestly the work is not hard at all, you can get a great tan by the end of the summer, food was really good for a camp, diversity (lots of international people and people from various states).
Minpunten
Low pay but you don't do this job for the pay, not much in career opportunities, most of the counselors and campers were not so great, heads of departments/directors are hypocritical and will hold some to higher standards but not themselves or other counselors that are part of the Lanakila family, lack of directions for new counselors, some areas of the camp are littered with cigarettes butts and even beer bottles from counselors, counselors will straight up lie to protect themselves and other Lankila family counselors, lots of counselors care more hooking up and/or getting drunk than about the campers, favoritism/nepotism.
