Worse, the management has a tendency to spread false allegations of “dual employment” to other companies without any proof, jeopardizing careers. Toxic workload expectations – The work culture is exploitative. Employees are expected to be available 24/7, with no respect for boundaries. Regardless of task size, unreasonable workloads are piled on without structure or support.
