Minpunten
Only a handful, if that, make any bonus. There bonus is no higher than 75 dollars and you have to have 75% and above QA. Problem is, each QA Agent include their own perspective of the call so they mark you down and you never reach even 75%. Majority of the times, you are going to have to have cancels or issue refunds because you get threaten. The trainers should be replaced with the floor walkers who have more of a upbeat personality. Also, there is no time within calls to take a "breather" which they should allow since most callers are irate.
