Pluspunten
It pays (in that there is a positive figure but don't be fooled, it doesn't pay well) and in real money which is always nice. I mean, I suppose they could pay you in Monopoly money, but I wouldn't put it past the CEO to try. It's not a place where you have to work overtime or late on projects, so that's a plus. The people there are for the most part really awesome.

I have no idea what the strategy is for that place. I'm not sure anyone does. Owner is comically cheap to the point where it wouldn't surprise me he has three nephews with rhyming names and a vault he goes swimming in. Salaries are crap and based on some floating schedule that has something nominally to do with profit. I wouldn't know, I never got to see why I got paid less some months than others. Don't question it, though, or you'll get talked to by one of the passive-aggressive lackeys of the boss man. Shame, there were some good managers there but I'm sure with any sense they've left already. Heard a story that the managers were asked to post reviews to this page, so don't trust the 5 star reviews, they were probably fruitless attempts to get raises, because like the spoon, there are no raises.
