It doesn't matter if you're at dinner, it's 11pm, or its the weekend, you're expected to start the project or risk being yelled at. Projects are also treated like life/death scenarios when it's literally setting up a 30 min call. 3 / Inexperienced Managers: - Chances are very high that your manager has only worked at AlphaSights, which makes it very hard for them to provide any type of career advice. 4 / Little to no diversity
