I could not have asked for a better place to start my working life than at AlphaSights. The key aspects that make me say this are the responsibility you get early on and the genuine support you receive at all levels of the organisation. It's as if you are toddler running and when you fall over someone is there to pick you up and set you back on your way. This support extended also extended during my application to business school.
