Management doesn't want an engineered product they want Designers who shall design what they like without the designer raising concern over the functionality, aesthetics and Calculations

CEO wants to control everything, no idea why he has leaders and managers appointed. Very fickle minded, running in a direction today, in another tomorrow. Jumping into a lot of things at once without achieving expertise in one field. CHRO is the culture killer. Gets some kind of pleasure for treating people like school children. If she made up her mind for something, then that's final. Keeps on changing the company policy as per her own will.
